At Common Ground Architecture Emma has been responsible for several sites as part of Brick by Brick’s 2019 Smaller Sites Programme, and is working with Brick by Brick to deliver 128 new homes on the site of a former car park.
Previously working in Rotterdam for Maccreanor Lavington Architects, Emma designed mixed use residential and commercial schemes with a strong emphasis on sustainability. In London, Emma has worked with Ash Sakula Architects, Surface to Air, and Project Orange, completing a variety of exceptional housing and hospitality schemes. She studied Architecture at the University of Nottingham, the RCA and London Met and spent several years working abroad with Shigeru Ban Architects in Tokyo and the Sarai Programme at the CSDS in Delhi.
Emma is passionate about bringing innovative eco-friendly architecture to life. Her work with solar glazing has won awards from What Design Can Do and has been featured internationally in several design exhibitions.
