Hema Ganesan

Hema joined Common Ground Architecture having worked on a wide range of residential projects in London and the South East, including the detailed design of a Passivhaus certified development in Kent with Inside Out. She is currently involved in a number of schemes in Croydon as part of the Smaller Sites Programme.

Hema studied at the Royal College of Art and used her thesis project to explore themes surrounding state and market-led production of residential space including how these models of development could coexist in terms of materiality, economics and spatial dynamics. Hema is looking forward to delving deeper into these ideas at Common Ground Architecture.
