Since joining Common Ground Architecture Oliver has been Lead Architect on a mixed-use 12 storey building as part of the Fairfield Homes development and new Croydon Cultural Quarter masterplan.  In addition, he is overseeing a number of early feasibility studies for Brick by Brick sites in Central Croydon, alongside reviewing the design and project manual used across the development sites.

Previous to this role Oliver has worked for a number of award winning architectural practices, including White Arkitekter were he was Project Architect for a large scale CLT residential development in Leeds and involved in the competition winning entry for the regeneration of the Gascoigne estate east. Oliver also worked for Penoyre & Prased LLP where he was Project Architect and gained planning, as part of a team, for The Peel Project, a mixed use proposal at the heart of the South Kilburn regeneration area.
